In November 2004 Hunter Hammond and Daniel Associates merged to bring together two of Brighton & Hove's most respected and experienced firms of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). By combining the two businesses, now known as Hunter Hammond Daniel Associates Ltd., we able to provide specialist, professional and impartial advice in all areas of financial planning.

Furthermore, we still remain true to the shared values of each company - the provision of impartial financial advice to clients in a relaxed and easy to understand style. The merger is also the logical extension of Daniel Associates and Hunter Hammond's ongoing working relationship and friendship between the directors which goes back 23 years.

Financial Services has changed considerably in the past decade and continues to change at an alarming pace. To deal with this change and offer our customers the quality of service and advice they expect and deserve we have formed HHDA to amalgamate the vast amount of experience of each of the directors and team members.

The majority of our new clients have always come from referrals from existing clients. We believe this is because we look to build long-term relationships, helping you to build the security and prosperity into your life that you want.

	Daniel Levy gained extensive experience in the financial services sector, working with Legal & General and the Prudential, before teaming up with his lifelong friend, Sean Parker to form Daniel Associates in 1989. Qualifications: Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Levels 1,2 & 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), from The Chartered Institute of Bankers. Certificate in Regulated Equity Release		Sean Parker was also a founder of Daniel Associates and his knowledge of the industry comes his 15 years as a partner in that business and from his time at Legal & General's Hove and Piccadilly offices. Qualifications: Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Levels 1,2 & 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), from The Chartered Institute of Bankers.
	Paul Hammond set up Hunter Hammond in 1999 following 9 successful years as partner of a financial services firm in an accountancy practice. Prior to that Paul gained experience with leading insurance providers such as General Accident and Scottish Amicable. Paul expanded the business of Hunter Hammond in May 2002 by purchasing the business of Lambert Webster Piper of Goring, West Sussex. Qualifications: Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Levels 1,2 & 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), from The Chartered Institute of Bankers. Paul specialises in the pensions and investment market having gained his G60 exam in May 2002.

	Simon Webster has worked in the Financial Services industry for 35 years and has been an Independent Financial Advisor for 18 years. He specialises in the lump sum investment market either for capital growth or to produce tax efficient income. He can also provide professional advice in respect of mitigating inheritance tax.		Tony Vessey was a professional footballer with Brighton & Hove Albion from 1978 to 1982. He has worked in financial services since 1983 with such major names as The Prudential, Provident Mutual and General Accident. He has been with Hunter Hammond since 1999.
	Guy Corber commenced his career with Barclays Bank in 1974 before moving to Lombard in 1977. He joined Schroders in 1979 where he met up and worked alongside David James and subsequently decided to become an IFA joining a London practice in 1984. He formed a partnership with David James in 1987 running their own successful local IFA practice until recently. In October 2006 they were invited to join the team at HHDA. Guy specialises in Investments, Pensions, Savings,Life Assurance and IHT planning. Qualifications HNC Business Studies FPC Levels 1,2&3 CEMAP		David James started his financial services career in 1973 with National Westminster Bank. In 1979 joined Hambro's and moved to Schroder Life in 1982 before becoming an IFA in 1984 with a London brokerage. He formed a partnership with Guy Corber in 1987 running their own highly successful IFA practice. In Oct 2006 they were invited to join the team at HHDA. David specialises in Investments, Pensions, Long Term Care and IHT planning. Qualifications FPC levels 1,2&3 CEMAP &CF8
